3 PM - Orientation

3:30 PM - 7 PM - Setup

Thursday:

7 a.m.- 9:30 p.m. - Vendors are open

Friday:

7 AM - 7 PM - Vendors are open

Saturday:

7 AM - 3 PM - Vendors are open

3- 5 PM - Breakdown

Vendor Space and Requirements

15 total vendor spaces are available for the 2022 Vision Conference.

Vendors will have a table-sized booth space, approximately 10ft x 8ft, with 6ft folding table included and draping around each vendor’s booth.

No food items and no loud music are allowed
