Her “thinking outside the box” mentality allows her to develop programs to ensure everyone can build wealth through homeownership.

Joan currently serves on the board of the Pencil Foundation, Committee member for Protecting Our Legacy, Racial Equity 2030 Project (The Nashville Urban League), teaches quarterly financial literacy classes for T-Mobile and serves as a committee member for the American Bankers Association Mortgage Market. In addition to Joan’s commitment to helping her clients build wealth through homeownership, her passion and commitment to a healthy lifestyle though fitness led her and her best friend to create a fitness clothing line, JoPa. The clothing line is a lifestyle brand that epitomizes the union of friendship, strength, power and beauty of a woman (www.thejopalife.com).
